These terms are a draft and are subject to final legal review.

Quotations

All quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing. Fares, hotel rates and taxes are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change until tickets are issued.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of written approval and payment or a signed credit arrangement. Payment terms for corporate accounts are set out in the individual service agreement.

Changes and cancellations

Airline, hotel and supplier cancellation rules apply to each booking and are communicated before confirmation. Service fees for amendments and cancellations are set out in your agreement.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and health documentation. Navigo assists with applications but cannot guarantee the outcome of any consular decision.

Liability

Navigo acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, loss or injury caused by those suppliers or by events outside our reasonable control.

Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip and can arrange cover on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts named in your service agreement have exclusive jurisdiction.
